In the Fall of 97 during a weekend of Tull shows from Kitchener Ontario to Toronto I happened upon the Tower Records Marquee in Toronto that Jethro Tull would be performing live in store the following morning. This performance would be followed by a Q&A /meet and greet. I was in Toronto for the Massey Hall gig following a show at LuLu's roadhouse in Kitchner. This was around the Thick as A Brick 25th anniversary release and I remember they did the extended TAAB similar to Bursting Out. It was the first time some of those sections were played in many years and it was great to see Ian and Martin playing off eachother like they used to. I also remember the excitement of hearing one of my favorites "The Whistler" in the setlist until I quickly realized Ian was in pain trying to sing it to which I took a pee break. Anyway, the Toronto Tower records gig was an intimate gathering and I was very glad I accidentally stumbled upon it. A few acoustic numbers just Ian, Martin, and Andy.. then pretty extensive Q&A. I was interviewed for the local news during the event but don't think I made the cut
