Bought this - highly disappointing. The WarChild interview is largely a condensed version of what we already have in the 80 page booklet. If you already have the deluxe edition (I'm guessing most of us do) - nothing to see here.
His comments on other bands of the era is intriguing, but worth $15? Hardly.

Bugger! I just bought mine online, the only local supplier near to me has ditched a large amount of their shop magazine space to accommodate a Post Office, Still always good to have a copy for The Manual, I'd hate to use someone elses! :-)

Bugger! I just bought mine online, the only local supplier near to me has ditched a large amount of their shop magazine space to accommodate a Post Office, Still always good to have a copy for The Manual, I'd hate to use someone elses! :-) Absolutely! And great, too, that 40 years on Ian still "scores front page photographs" now and then. Anyway, what else could they possibly uncover after 80 pages? Not much. And Ian probably doesn't want to or isn't available to discuss WarChild at the moment. Still, lazy journalism ... The article was probably not intended for us anyway. It's probably designed to sell boxed sets to people who are on the fence, not us nuts who put in the preorder back in September! At least we got this photo (which I've never seen before ... )
